Custom Care Appliance Repair in Huntington Beach was an idea thought of sitting at a kitchen table with a paper tablet, a wrench, and a screwdriver in 2007. After Bob woke up one morning with a refrigerator not cooling anymore, it became clear that local repair companies were replaced and run out of town by larger, conglomerate corporations. Customer service in these larger companies is second-rate and the repairs are anything but affordable. Don’t mention calling the manufacturer where telephone calls can lead to frustration and long wait times for appointments. After months of training, purchasing parts, and getting the word out, a new local “hometown” style company was born, Custom Care Appliance Repair. We started with refrigerators and worked our way to ovens, ranges, and wine coolers with special training in Subzero, Thermador, Viking, and Dacor. We have since added dryers and wine coolers to the list of appliances that we repair. We are trained, certified, licensed and insured in most major brands. We try our hardest to set appointments for our customers on the same day they call and repair their appliance quickly and without hassle. We take immense pride in servicing our local Huntington Beach area and surrounding Orange County communities. We take the time to get to know our customers and their needs and try never to expect them to “Take a Number” from the little red wheel and hope someone comes. We understand the appliances industry has evolved over time and once simple repairs have become more complicated with the added addition of computer type parts in our new appliances.
